Before placing an order on our website, please read the terms of cooperation that we offer. In this public agreement you will find information about the rules for the execution of orders and guarantees.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the contract comes into force from the moment the order is formed. The completed order confirms that you are aware of and accept our terms of delivery.

  1. Order acceptance procedure

    • 1. Orders for the delivery of flowers, bouquets and gifts are accepted and processed on our website around the clock. It is also possible to place an order by contacting us by phone
    • 2. All orders are accepted for execution only after 100% prepayment.
    • 3. The order is considered paid when our manager made sure that the payment was made in full and confirmed it.
    • 4. In the event that you need to deliver to the recipient without a preliminary call, but the address you specified in the order is not correct, or the recipient for some reason is missing at this address, the delivery is considered completed. You can change the delivery address within 2 days. In addition, it is necessary to pay for the courier's re-departure.
  2. Delivery of orders

    • 1. The minimum time interval for delivery is 2 hours.
    • 2. Delivery is possible at exactly the specified time (but not less than 2 hour after payment).
    • 3. In the case when the delivery is carried out without a prior call to the recipient, and at the time of delivery the recipient is not in place, we transfer the order to third parties (relatives, colleagues, neighbors, security, etc.).
    • 4. The recipient's data or addresses specified in the order with inaccuracies or errors may cause a delay in the execution of the order. In this case, we do not accept claims for disruption of delivery terms.
  3. Delivery of orders on holidays

    • 1. Delivery of orders on holidays is carried out throughout the day, without reference to a specific time. Of course, we take into account your wishes regarding the most appropriate time interval (morning, afternoon, evening), but we cannot guarantee it. The actual delivery time on holidays depends on the workload of couriers.
    • 2. Delivery notifications on public holidays may not be sent immediately, but the next day. Confirmation of delivery on public holidays is carried out within 2 working days. Due to the heavy workload and large volumes of work these days.
  4. The procedure for replacing the components of the order

    • In the event that for some reason we are unable to collect the bouquet in exact accordance with its description on the website, we adhere to the following replacement guide.
    • Replacing colors.
    • 1. Replacement of types of flowers and their shades in bouquets is agreed with each customer individually, indicating the reason for the replacement.
    • 2. On holidays (February 14 and March 8, as well as 1 day before and 1 day after these holidays), the replacement of types of flowers and their shades in bouquets can be made without the consent of the customer.
    • Replacement of other goods.
    • 1. Replacement of related products offered on our website (candies, soft toys, helium balloons, handmade postcards, etc.) can be carried out without prior agreement with the customer, at the discretion of the florist. Replacement is made for a similar product of the same price category, or for a more expensive product without any additional payment.
    • 2. The appearance of toys, helium balloons and handmade postcards may differ slightly from the photos displayed in the catalog. This is not considered a defect and is not a reason for returning the goods.
  5. Compensation and replacement of goods

    • 1. We vouch for the freshness of the supplied flower products, as we are confident in its quality. If for any reason it happens that stale flowers will be delivered, the customer needs to notify us about it within 24 hours after delivery to replace the bouquet.
    • 2. If you replace the product and re-deliver it, you will need to return the disliked product in its original form.
    • 3. If for some reason we have not completed the order or it has not been completed in full, the customer has the right to demand compensation in an amount not exceeding the amount paid by the customer.
  6. Refund of payment

    • 1. If the recipient refused delivery during the preliminary call, the payment is refunded to the customer if the order has not yet been collected.
    • 2. Only the amount paid for the order is subject to refund. Other expenses incurred during the payment (bank, terminal commission, etc.) are not compensated.
